Brazos WiFi (Net Fast Fiber) uses Text Messages (SMS) to communicate with current and perspective customers for support, in the event of outages, and updates in regards to network changes.
Note: Perspective customers are those who have filled out the contact form online and selected to receive SMS messages.
We DO NOT sell/share your contact information to any 3rd parties.
Account holders can choose to receive or block the following types of messages:
- General Information / Troubleshooting
- Billing Reminders
- Automated Outage Notifications
You can opt-out at any time by sending STOP to 979-999-7000 or by modifying the selections in the customer portal.
If you ever want to restart text alerts, text START to 979-999-7000 from your mobile device or by modifying the selections in the customer portal.
Tip: Add 979-999-7000 to your phone’s contact list so you have easy access to text commands.
*Note: Message and data rates may apply.
Please note that if you opt out of receiving text alerts, you may still receive text messages in direct response to questions or requests you initiate by text or by leaving a voicemail. Also, you can’t opt out of receiving certain communications pertaining to your account, including (but not limited to) communications regarding:
- Emergencies.
- Fraud.
- Other violations of law.
- Security issues.
- Harm caused to the network.
