Starting with the January 1st billing cycle, we will use a new billing system.
Our old billing system (FreshBooks) is retiring the platform we use and their new platform is incompatible with our needs.
We have been testing a new system for months and are happy with it’s abilities.
Unfortunately, we are not able to move the saved credit cards from the old system to the new system.
This will require inputting your card into the new system once you are enrolled.
The new system has:
- Ability to see and download all your old invoices
- Save credit cards or ACH (bank draft) for future payments
- Enroll in automatic payments
- Submit payments online
- Submit trouble tickets
- More to come…
