- Standard installation is $100 on all packages. This covers the installation of the equipment using a “J Pole” and running the cable into your house or business. Areas outside Brazos County will have a $100 installation fee. In the event that we need a taller mount, there may be an additional charge. Brazos WiFi retains ownership of the antenna and radio on the outside of the house. If there is a break in service due to non-payment, there is a $25 re-connection fee. If the equipment and cabling is intact, there is no further cost to reconnect.
- Brazos WiFi services are provided as a “Best Effort” except custom bandwidth solutions with a SLA. This means there are no guarantees of the speed you will receive. We strive to always provide the sustained rate you are subscribed to. Unforeseen circumstances such as outages and interference can disrupt your signal and prevent us from providing your purchased speed. We monitor our systems to limit the effects of these issues but they cannot be prevented in all cases.
- * Bursting enables us to provide a faster web viewing experience while still maintaining a fair connection for other users on the Access Point. Burst rates can change but are unlikely to change.
- ** Business plans come with 1 static IP address. Additional addresses can be purchased for $5 each per month.
