To reboot your outdoor equipment, you need to locate the power supply.

It is normally near your wifi router.

It will either be white or black but the shape will be similar to below.

Once you have found the power supply, unplug ONLY the POWER CORD.  Leave the ethernet cables alone.

After about 10 seconds, plug the power back in.  The equipment may take up to 5 minutes to reboot.

 

If you have unplugged the ethernet cables, ensure the cable going outside is plugged into your POE port and the LAN port goes to the router.
